Duck Stamp authority (and 69 season Waterfowler) Rich Houk invites us all to the 1st open post-Covid Duck Stamp selection ceremony 9/15-16 at Drake U. in Des Moines!

Plus, there will be events, films and speakers honoring

• Jay "Ding" Darling, father of the Duck Stamp program; 
• the late Maynard Reece, 5X Duck Stamp artist; and
• Bob Hines, FWS artist, Duck Stamp designer, and chief of the Duck Stamp program for many years.
